I prefer to give no stars -unbelievably horrible costumer service! I made an appointment for a recall of my side airbag 3 weeks ago (and took the day off of work). When I showed up for my appointment, they told me that they ran out of the part Friday and it is now on backorder. The woman gave me no options or info on when it could be fixed. I would expect them would call me if they didn't have the part, but I drove 25 min. and had taken off of work. I find out from another dealer that these recall parts are specifically ordered for my VIN # so I couldn't get it serviced at another dealer. It took hours for the service manager to return my call and then he told me to call their Catonsville location, but they were unable to help me. Now I am unable to get this recall because parts are ordered by VIN #. O'Donnell Honda's service on multiple occasions has made me not want to buy Hondas anymore.
