Too much to post, had appointment to see truck on 12/26. Get there truck is with a boss in DC, they were willing to get it but I drove 45 minutes to see it and purchase. Show's sold next day on saved list now it's listed twice for more than 2,500 . Same truck same miles, clueless
Hands down this was the best buying experience I have ever had. They have gained a customer for life. I had been searching for weeks and getting frustrated by the extremely poor customer service and communication I was finding at other dealers. Then I found my SUV online at Norris Auto Connect and everything changed for the better. I emailed to see if the SUV was still available and 5 minutes later I received an email response and then a follow up call. The lady answered all of my questions without the typical evasive responses. We arranged a test drive the next day which was confirmed by a follow up email. I arrived at the dealership and I was greeted by the very pleasant sales manager on duty. When I gave my name he knew who I was and asked Richard Wies Jr (Salesman) to help me. Richard was a very pleasant, high energy guy, that was always smiling and laughing. he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We agreed on a GREAT DEAL for a Ford Escape. Scott Simering (I believe he is the General Manager) came over and personally thanked/congratulated me for the purchase. The Finance Guy Ron was very smart and efficient. He was able to take my pre-approval email from my credit union and finalize the loan through them for me. I came back the next day with my family to pick up my old car which I had left in the parking lot. We walked in and Scott & Richard made me feel like an old friend coming to visit. Couldn't ask for a better experience and i will be telling all my friends to contact Richard & Scott at Norris Auto Connect first when they need a car.

On Nov 3rd, 2017, after a tiring day of car searching, we stopped by Norris Auto Connect on Rte 40 in Ellicott City. What a pleasant experience! We had a great sales person by the name of Mike Smith. We expressed interest in a really nice 2016 Nissan Sentra on their lot. We also told Mike that we had a budget that we didn't want to exceed. Even though this Sentra was above our budget by a significant amount, Mike was able to offer us the car at a price that met our budget. We were thrilled and immediately moved on with the purchase process. The processing of sales contract & title work by Garvey Nushann, the Business Manager, was also a very pleasant experience. Through this process, we also had the pleasure of meeting Scott Simering, the General Manager who was ultimately responsible for approving the final sales price. He was very friendly and we could tell that his staff loved working at Norris Auto Connect.
My husband & I had been searching for a used Toyota Corolla or Nissan Sentra for about 10 days via several Internet sites with no luck. We were completely frustrated by the search process - most of the cars did not meet our expectations regarding exterior/interior condition, or the mileage was high for a 2014/2015 vehicle. It was particularly upsetting to begin negotiations on price only to find out near end of process that there was a "reconditioning" fee on the used car, sometimes as high as $1,000.
After all was said & done, we purchased a beautiful 2016 Nissan Sentra with only 28,000 miles. The car was immaculate and they even let us take it home for an hour or so before making our final decision. The whole experience was wonderful and we were able to complete our transaction from initial viewing of car to actually driving home in the new vehicle in less than 3 hours. What a difference from our other recent car search experiences.
