The service was excellent too. It was done in a timely fashion and they have a very nice driver to take you home and pick you up within a particular radius.
The sales and service staff at O'Donnell Honda are very nice and care for the customers. I bought a 2017 Honda Civic and the sales staff did their best to give a good price and understand my needs. The service staff did a good job putting the additional parts on my cars and were able to answer my questions.
I love the service and the customer service here. I've never had a bad experience here. This is the only dealership i take my truck to for service and has been for several years. Sam was the sweetest and most helpful car salesperson I've ever talked to. I went to about 10 different car places (not even kidding) to look for my new car, and every single place I went to people were pushy and rude and I felt like just a sale instead of an actual person. The salespeople here were so kind and treated me well and made my car buying experience very pleasant. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Nice helpful folks on the service desk, quick early AM turnaround on a recall repair. Pretty decent digs in the trailer waiting room while the main service area gets an upgrade. Also bagels, fruit and coffee while you wait.
