I had a wonderful experience with everyone at Miller Brothers, but particularly with Kevin, my salesman, and Justin from the financing department. Kevin was so helpful in getting me into the car I wanted. He was never pushy or intimidating, and made the process pain-free and enjoyable! Justin was also great with explaining the financing process and helping me to find the best interest rate. I really felt like both were on my side and genuinely cared about my needs as a customer. Additionally, any time I have contacted the dealership or interacted with other employees there, everyone has been friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new (or used!) vehicle!

I have been there twice now, and neither time impressed me. The first time, I was looking at a pickup truck. Took a test drive, got some numbers, and then ... nothing. Radio silence for two weeks. I finally got a follow-up call, but I had already purchased a truck from another dealer. The latest time I test drove a Spark EV and said I would be back the next day. In the meantime, I emailed with some questions. Never got a reply, and 10 minutes before my appointment I got a call that someone else purchased the vehicle out from under me. Moral of the story is: unless you make a move the day you are there, you probably won’t get what you’re seeking.
I purchased a vehicle at Miller Brothers Chevrolet on 10/30/2017. It was absolutely unlike the stereotypical car-buying experience - which is a Good Thing! That, in and of itself was refreshing! The people involved - my salesperson, Rob Crawford, and his manager, Brad Witmer were courteous, professional, and friendly. I never felt any pressure, felt no stress, and I never felt that I was being taken advantage of or lied to - as is sadly more the rule than the exception at other dealers. I felt comfortable and was completely satisfied with the whole process and experience. I was very happy with the treatment afforded me, but in addition, I was impressed by the skill and knowledge demonstrated by Rob and Brad. Their product knowledge, combined with their excellent people skills made me 100% confidant that I was in an exceptional Chevrolet dealership. I would be doing Society a disservice if I did not share this information with everyone, and I do so in the hope that you will also come to Miller Brothers Chevrolet to experience car buying the way it SHOULD be!
