Starting off by saying that my dad opened his shop up in '89 and has been servicing the Baltimore city/county area for close to 30 years now. We are a small but productive auto mechanic shop and for our Nissan needs, we call up Leckner Nissan and ask for Harry Collins for anything that we need when servicing Nissan vehicles. Our friendly and knowledgeable parts rep that will handle our little to big orders. Whenever you call Leckner Nissan ask for Harry, He'll be the biggest help to your parts or trouble shooting questions you may have. Overall, great service and recommend to anyone!
great service. I always get what I need when I call the parts department. I work at a small auto repair shop in Federal Hill and when I need Nissan parts I always call these people. Very nice, they know exactly what they are talking about especially Harry Collins. If you call the parts department always ask for Harry he is the best. Very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to help anyone. 5 stars!!!!!
Nowadays, it's commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t do enough of a good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, salesmen like Chris deliver an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience.
I'm not one to leave many reviews because I've been in the customer service industry 15+ years so it's very hard to exceed my high expectations of what customer service should look like.
That said, when I went car shopping last week at Leckner Nissan, I was immediately impress by the gentleman that helped me.

The team, especially Si, Pete and Richard made sure we were taken care of from the pre/post sales and financing. What I was most impressed with was when I saw a stain in my car, I brought it back and Si, the GM, was outside, saw us drive in and personally took my car and made sure it was taken care of within 10 minutes.
I just purchased a 2017.5 Nissan Murano Platinum from this dealership. I submitted an inquiry online and within minutes my phone rang. Perez was genuine and friendly and immediately worked around my schedule to fit me in. Upon arriving at the dealership, Perez greeted me and I knew this was not the typical salesperson I have encountered in the past. He was amazing at finding out what I wanted in my next purchase and steering me into the ideal car. Originally I came in to look at a leftover 2015 model. Perez explained that I was better looking at a 2017 and he wasn’t wrong. More features and a much better value. Perez was very focused on my comfort level throughout the transaction constantly offering me something to eat. He walked me around the dealership and explained the service process in detail even introducing me to the service personnel. He took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I was truly comfortable with the car. I do not have perfect credit and the finance department truly worked to get me a great deal. I appreciated the efforts by Perez, the finance manager and even the General Manager of the dealership that truly went above and beyond to make this happen. I felt like a person not just a sale. I felt important and valued. This was by far the best dealership experience in terms of buying a car that I have had. I would highly recommend this dealership and specifically Perez to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Leckner Nissan in EC is the best dealership I've ever been to. What a TEAM! Lee was quick, kind, and not pushy. We told them the quote we got from another dealership and they matched it. Not only was I impressed with Lee, it was great to sit in, in their team meeting.
