Rob and Prince were absolutely fun and knowledgeable. They made the upgrade experience fantastic and they deserve a raise! Thanks guys!
I wish i could give it 0 stars - Rob was nice but didn't know what he was doing! supposedly i walked away with a SIM card that I could just pop into my phone once I got a "message" . didn't tell me I had to go to T mobile to unlock my phone and that the message would come from Tmobile and he never ported my phone number over to my account nor did he tell me I had to activate it. and customer service via phone gets you typical non english speaking people who are incredibly annoying and take for ever to get back to you and tell you they can't help you!!!! Sprint may be less expensive but there's a reason why!!!
Not even sure they are really Sprint. They refused to let me return a leased phone I got from Sprint. They told me I had to drive to Dobbin Center in Columbia, MD. I went to a different Sprint store (not in Columbia) and they took care of it no problem. They weren't even nice at the Ellicott City store.
Rob was fantastic! I needed to upgrade my phone, and my husband needed to change his phone from Verizon to Sprint. We were in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes with all of the paperwork finished. We have spent hours at other locations and were extremely thankful for Rob's professionalism, speed, and knowledge of the plans to meet our needs as efficiently as possible.
Don't Shop here. I upgraded my phone but didn't like it so I returned it the next day. A month later I'm still waiting on my 244 dollar refund and on top of that they charged my account for over 600 bucks for the phone that I returned. Beware...Oh! Did I mention. No one can give you a straight answer on why this happened. They suck
