For example, I got an "indestructible " toy for my dog. She bit a chuck off in 15 minutes. They offered my money back or a replacement. I got a replacement and still have the toy months later. They understand that fluke things happen. It was a big convenience to me to have an immediate replacement instead of going through the company that made the toy.
