Kris and his staff are huge about there attention to detail, I came to the shop interested in getting a custom bike built. The amount of time it took for us to go over all the details as small as do I want specialty thru axles was around 3-4 hours. The best part was the fact that you could tell that the person talking about building this bike up was just as excited as I was about what we were doing with it. Can't wait to take it out and ride soon thanks Ascent Bikes!!!!

He has taken on issues from the complex (i.e. frame warranty issue from bike I purchased in another state) to the simple tune-up for me and resolved all of them in a very timely and satisfactory fashion. Definitely worth checking out this studio.
