Went downhill fast when Safeway left. There used to be a rite aid and expensive seafood restaurant, West coast video and busy shopping center back in early 90's.
This is mostly a parking lot where they store vehicles. However there are couple good restaurants in here like an Irish pub and Ledo's pizza
Not a whole lot left in this shopping center these days. Parking here on a week night can be very difficult because of everyone drinking at the irish pub and the ledos pizza, but if you go during the day it's not too bad.
Lots of shops. Sometimes hard to find since they're on 2 sides of the road facing different ways, but still good stuff
Friendly staff and good service.
Easy to get in and out for most places.
Lots of parking
Doesn't get extremely over crowded during normal high volume shopping times.

At Kelsey's, reasonably priced food and drinks. I haven't visited every store in the shopping center, but they all seem to be really good in a convenient location.
