Every time I visit this store the staff is typically young adults, very polite, knowledgeable, and more than willing to make sure you find what you need. I went in last to get a few specialty bolts and other hardware, and the gentleman that helped me took me directly to the appropriate bolt bin then promptly found the drill bit and tap I needed. I would rate the 6 stars if it were possible.
Really good customer service. Always willing to load heavier otems in my truck. It is well worth driving the extra distance.
