Great new store. Clean and well maintained. They have a nice TV to watch while you wait and everything. Located next to smash burger and pie five if you wanted to grab a bite to eat while you wait instead. Polite staff and very helpful. Got my G6 half off last month with a new tablet and love all my new gadgets. Will be coming back when my brother needs his upgrade
Not overly knowledgeable. I typically know more about their products than they do. Most of the guys are friendly enough. One manager seemed annoyed with everyone.
The store staff person told me he could not help me open my voicemail because his manager did not want him back tying up the phone. When a family member helped me it did not involve tying up another phone. This was the first AT&T store where I was refused help with an issue. This was poor customer service.
The staff at this store are inexperienced and uninformed, and openly argue amongst themselves in front of the customers. Extremely unprofessional.
The night I visited this store the staff was inexperienced and not helpful. I needed to port over a previous number. The first staff member told me I can't do it, then the second said he could do it - they argued briefly. I was then told the new account was not set up properly. I told them I had it done at the corporate store in Columbia and they continued to tell me the corporate store screwed up. I asked them to call the Columbia store and they said "we can't do that, we are different companies." I left and went to the corporate store and they explained why it was set up correctly and that the retailers would have completely messed up the account, if they had done it their way. I recommend not using the this store unless you need to purchase an over priced charger.
