I have been going here for many many years. Never really had a huge/ major issue until i returned a phone. I had the receipt and packaging however one of the ladies at the front desk customer returns was EXTREMELY rude and not nice. I tried to file a complaint via there website I only received one reply from Lauren Melnick. She never bothered and or had the courtesy to follow up/ call me or anything of the sort! I giving this overall a 3.5 because of the overall nice and acceptable staff, Return policy and prices are reasonable/ fair. I was able to return the phone and i did get my money back, however it was a left to be desired return experience.
Even though the line was long due to ofcours the xmas holiday. I can't complain because i didnt wait in line long at all and the cashier was very nice.
I am of sound mind as many that we get way too many emails and that when requested we should be able to refrain from providing an email to; in this case, purchase an item from the Target registry. I was told by Target Management that Target Leadership absolutely requires an email for me to place an order via their registry. Further, I was told that I can't purchase the item in the store for the registry. Even when I shared that I would write a poor review, never go to Target again and highly encourage others to never go nor do any business with Target, Management didn't budge because Leadership provided them no way to keep / win a customer. It's amazing to me that they are so willing to lose customers and business over whether they get email addresses.
I love Target. Much much cleaner and more organized then Walmart. More helpful employees. Your self check out is remarkably more secure then Walmart's.
The store is very clean and have most of the stuff in the store so you don't have to go to another target. Self check out is great when you are on the go. The only problem with target is price little high
