i usually do a lot of shopping here at christmas. but this year, it seems as if they've doubled their prices so they can mark everything at 50% off :(
selections are a bit boring too.
I love this store! The Labor day sale was great! Lots to choose from. My cashier was friendly and helpful.
Extremely helpful placing an order from their kiosk for items they did not have in the store. The store staff was extremely supportive in helping us use the somewhat difficult kiosk to process or Kohl's cash and discounts. Everything turned out just fine.
Need to acknowledge and employee that went above and beyond in helping us. We came into the store to do wedding registry on Memorial Day. It was very busy in the store but Ula took the time to get us set up to use the scanner. When we were done and ready to turn in the scanner to get the registry on the computer there was an issue. Ula called corporate took all our information and even called us at the end of her shift to tell us that everything you're going through. As someone who's manage people before her effort to make sure customers were taken care of is outstanding. I particularly don't care to shop in a store and would rather do it online but Ula made to experience well worth it!!!
