Always delicious , Always fresh. Diane Lynn is an A1 Manager. I love her and her exceptional customer service. Very pleasant . Such a joy to interact with. Its my go to lunch spot.
I went here the day before Thanksgiving and was going to turn around and leave when I first arrived bc there must have been 30 or more people in line which went out onto the sidewalk. But I decided to see how the line went - and I have to give the people here lots of credit. I was out the door with my food within 20 minutes - everyone was so friendly and totally efficient. They also served us little snacks while in line. Plus the food which I served at my thanksgiving day brunch was excellent! I not only got a ham but purchased the orange sweet rolls and scalloped apples - everything was yummy and a big hit. This was my first experience with trying their sides - and I will definitely try more of them in the future.
Whoever was working this establishment on Sunday July 8,2017 is literally just HORRIBLE! Horrible customer service couldn't even read her name tag is was so worn. My fiancé stated he had never been there before and wanted a h and cheese sandwich...that's what she gave him...no topping nothing. My sandwich every other honey baked ham I have went to it has been served toasted. It was cold. Needless to say we won't be back. She also seemed to think my fiancé was the only one eating. Didn't even bother to ask if I was getting a sandwich NEVER even offered to eat inside. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you don't like you're job GET A NEW ONE! Also this incident happened around 12:45pm. Sadly she had a whole other hour to disappoint other customers.
The best place to get ham and turkey. Their smoked sliced turkey is amazing although a bit pricey. You can sign up for online account and they will send you coupons from time to time.
The service was really so slow maybe because it was around lunch hour.
