Not very good customer service. The flavored coffee I ordered here was way more coffee than flavor. ..at other locations. I was handed a cup with tons of coffee dripping on the outside and Owner/Manager gives off a "What do you want?" Attitude, instead of a "How may I help you? " demeanor. I prefer the flavor of dunkin donuts to Starbucks. ..but in regards to customer service, the choice is clear.
Customer service was ok, food was good. Espresso was fine. The iced coffee tastes like they made it in the iced tea thing and didn't wash it out first.
