I was seeing Dr. Davis at your Rockville, MD office, but I understand that she left and that the Rockville office is close. I went to the Columbia office because my kitty was having a flare up. I was very disappointed to learn that none of my kitty's records had been transferred to the Columbia office other than her discharge instructions. When Dr. McInnis came in to see Willow, I felt as though her examination of Willow was not terribly thorough--certainly she didn't take the care that Dr. Davis had. She was very abrupt with me and I really didn't get any sense that she cared that much about my cat or about keeping me as a client. I called after a week because my kitty was having some further issues and the receptionist who answered the phone was not particularly helpful and brushed aside my concerns about what was going on. I will definitely not be going back!
She was VERY caring and actually told me to bring him in for FREE for another night vision test. She spent a long time with me and actually conferred with other doctors to try to figure out what was going on with my dog. Love this place. (and the doctor is seriously cute) lol
The staff is amazing, professional, clinically helpful and didn't overcharge for tests that they didn't find necessary.
To my surprise, I bring up Google map and find that it's posted as permanently closed before I go pick up his mug. I called them to verify and they are OPEN. I hope this is just an honest mistake. Service is outstanding, and for animal clinic very clean.
We went back for a follow up. Outstanding service again. My husband left his coffee mug and they called me to let me know they'll hold it until our next follow up appointment. The receptionist even washed it out.
