When I went to this school, the stairways smelled liked mold, and dust. You had to hold your breath when you were walking up the stairs, just so you wouldn't start coughing.
Graduated here in 2007. Lots of memories were made here! Loved the teachers too!
Not the perfect school when I attended 35 years ago - one of my teachers was drunk half the time while another couldn't even spell lasagna (argued with me that it wasn't "NGA" at the end). But it was the springboard of my professional career. Recently returned and the admin didn't bat an eye that an alum was there. Looks alot like when I roamed the halls, and my mind flooded with moments and friendships.
I've been here for 4 days and absolutely HATE IT. This school is over crwoded and is like a meat freezer. The teachers and staffs are nice but that's about it. I haven't made no friends and i dont think they want to be my friend. I miss montgomery county with a passion. I feel so uncomfortable here and it is boring. Here in Elkridge there are little to no public transportation and most of the people are so damn racists. I hate that my mother chose to move down to this retched place. I make it my mission to never come back to howard and go back to Montgomery County.
Just to clarify, I was class of 2013. I had a wonderful four years at this public high school, with the highlights being the junior and senior years.
