Terrible customer service, I've never written a review but the service was so bad I was compelled to. They're rude, they put me on hold for over an hour, and I have to beg them to get a basic level of service. For the past month none of my packages have been delivered or they would lose my package.
Update: after 1 year things looks to be changed ,
I waiting for so important package second day !! yesterday for unknown reason it was not delivered ( but I saw the postal track near our home ) and today I see that status , that it undeliverable ????? Worst postal man ever in Ellicott city area !!!!!! Why he is still working there??? We made already more than 10 complaints about delivery since we live there ( only for 8 months !!!!! ) AND you know what ? today SUNDAY and even natonal costomer service not work today , I can't call anywhere to check whats going on ..... terrible !!!!!!!!! I need to cancel my flight tickets because I dont get that important package .....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thats no words !!! BE AWARE NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM !!! NEED TO IGNOR USE ON USPS and USE UPS AND FEDEX insted of USPS
This is the worst post office ever!! everyday we wonder if we will even get our mail or have to go to our neighbors and get it. 3 tracked packages disappeared after reaching this facility, and 1 damaged - all within two months. Thank you for taking the time to care about your profession. They should shut down and/or replace the personal from this location. Please avoid if possible. You will be better off.
I don’t understand the low rating this Post Office has. We do sometimes get misdirected mail, it never seems to be a big deal. The Clerks at the counter are always helpful and efficient. Even friendly, more so than a horrible experience I had at the Catonsville branch.
no missed packages so far . they hire other postaman so everything fine at this moment
Terrible customer service. EXTREMELY RUDE ladies working there. I put my mail on hold and came to get it and they gave me mail that wasn’t even mine and lost something very important.
