My son and I came to Festival Cleaners to get alterations to his suit to go to the prom. We unfortunately stumbled onto this place. We were quoted a $45 price and left the suit for alterations. The next day we were advised that the price was now $75 for the same alterations. We refused the price hike. When we attempted to retrieve the suit, the owner refused to give it back. Intervention by Howard County Police necessary to get the suit returned to us. Very unprofessional and dishonest practices!!! BUYER BEWARE! There are many other alteration and tailor establishments in Ellicott City!
