I highly recommend Liz Clemens at Smyth in Ellicott City. I was so nervous trading in my fabulous 1.42 carot diamond for a 2.12 carot. I wanted to keep my original mounting, which needed to be taken apart and rebuilt to accommodate the new stone. I was very specific on how I wanted this diamond to sit. I was also working with a budget that I needed to stay within. Smyth made all this happen, putting my new ring together into the most stunning thing I have had on my finger. Love my new ring, love how Smyth worked with me and Liz was absolutely fabulous. She heard my demands and nailed everyone of them. She worked closely with the jeweler to make sure the ring setting was exactly what I was asking for. My new ring is prettier then the original and I am just so happy I chose Liz at Smyth to make this amazing ring come together. I truly appreciate how professional the manager/diamond buyer treated me and worked with me to make the numbers come out where I needed to be.
Smyth in Ellicott City is the most lovely of places. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgable and helpful! I love their pet fish! Really shows what great people they are! I went in to return something the other day and it so seamless! Thanks Smyth! I will definitely be back!
Staff has always been nice to us. Products are very nice and high quality. Am a longtime customer. Check out all three locations for best selection. They also have occasional great tent event sales! My score 4.5/5 as everyone has room for improvement!
