Sophia gave me a massage the week before my wedding, and I can't express to you how helpful that one hour was in keeping me relaxed and sane during the final stages of planning (not an easy undertaking to reduce my stress level!). I had built up a tremendous amount of muscle tension over the year of planning, and Sophia was able to melt it all away. Not only is she incredibly good at massage, she is personable and a pleasure to be around.

She is very strong and able to work the muscles as deep as you want. I also recently had her work on me after the birth of my daughter. I was so fatigued from late nights and hunching over nursing my baby. Sophia really helped me counteract my bad posture habits by suggesting different stretches to perform on my own at home. She is knowledgeable about how the different parts of the body work together. I'm looking forward to my next massage with Sophia!
