I have been the happiest customer at Signature for about 5 years (since I left another Ellicott City salon with no regrets). Skip and his amazing staff are completely customer-oriented, the atmosphere is great, prices are reasonable for the quality services received, and most importantly, I love how Lena does our whole family's hair (especialy mine!!).

Terrie is so amazing! She takes her time and makes sure you walk out not just satisfied but ecstatic about your new look. The two times I have seen her, she makes me feel comfortable and welcomed. I have super thick ethnic long hair and she knows exactly what to do with it!
