Service is spotty depending on when you go. Don't go in the morning because self-service checkout is closed and the people really don't care about helping you find anything. Most times I am pleased. Today was the worst ever.

This store is very clean each time that I have gone to it. Staff is helpful and friendly.
Went to Harris Teeter for a couple last minute items for Christmas tomorrow. Got to the store about 10 minutes before the close time of 7 and was turned away at the door because they couldn't be bothered to let me get my three items even though there were other shoppers in the store. I have had good customer service here in the past but this store has really gone down since it's opening.
