Seems money hungry to me
DO NOT GO HERE - very shady billing practices. They seemed great until after the visit when they overcharged me for everything. We had even discussed charges before my visit then afterwards it was way more than we’d discussed. I asked a lot of questions about why my bill was so much when I have insurance and just got a standard cleaning and they kept talking in circles and couldn’t explain. I eventually paid just to get out of there. They just sent me ANOTHER bill in the mail with no explanation. This place is really shady.
This office does a phenomenal job of welcoming new patients and making them feel comfortable. HOWEVER, this dentist is "crown-happy", and believes crowns are the solution to everything. I was told I'd need a crown on a tooth that didn't even have a cavity. Ive never needed a crown in my life, and obtained a second opinion, which verified the tooth was healthy. Very disappointed a dentist would try to insist on such an inexpensive, unnecessary option. Beware!!
My whole experience as a new patient was awesome! The office is clean and the staff creates a warm family oriented atmosphere. The hygienist was very thorough and gentle. Its very hard to find a hygenist that exceeds your expectations when you are used to excellent care from someone else. Dr. Freedenberg has a great sense of humor and was very concerned with my needs. I would definitely recommend this office to my family, friends, and even to strangers! Can't wait until my next cleaning!
Might I also add that there was confusion because due to health complications I can't get an X-ray at the current moment . I guess they wanted to charge the insurance for that too because they didn't seem too happy about that even though that had nothing to do with why I came there
This Dentist refused to adjust it, but had no problem offering an Invisalign retainer .
Set up appointment through 1800dentist because I needed my permanent retainer adjusted . It became rough the last few days and was scratching up my tongue. Plenty of dentists polished it in the past when this happened . The only reason I didn't go back to them is because I was in pain and this dentist could see me right away.
Great doc and staff. Highly recommend.
