I have always had a great experience with Ellicott City Enterprise Rentals. Very friendly people, cars are always ready for pick up when i arrive. Highly recommend this store
Staff members were very nice but I had to take my car back after the car said there was no oil in it and they said it was overdue for an oil change when I called to say something. Wasn't a huge deal but was a hassle to go switch out cars in the middle of the day.
However, everyone that helped me at the location was really nice and more than willing to help so I would definitely recommend.
I really like renting from this location. The employees at this location (Baltimore National Pike, Ellicott City, MD) provides excellent customer service. They are very helpful even through my travels. I would highly recommend this location.
