Since we walked in which 5 minutes earlier than appointment time, there is a one lady wait for her and my designer looks hurry to get her before us.
I would not go back again. No service, No business!!

Designer asked me coming back 45 minutes so she can have enough time to finish current service then, we came back after dinner which we had earlier than normal to get a little boy hair cut.
Young is great. I will go to her until for some reason I don't live in MD anymore. She's mostly styled my hair but once she did a keratin treatment. I've never been disappointed with her work. She's friendly, smart and a driven hard worker. She's a perfectionist, but that's exactly the type of woman you want for your hair care.
We usually walk in and it doesn't take a long to getting a decent service but not today.

I've been Young's customer for 10+ years. She does a fabulous job with color and highlights, and her cuts are excellent. She has a gentle and humorous nature, and she always tries to accommodate my scheduling needs. I cannot imagine having anyone else do my hair!
