I am currently waiting to speak with a Sun Trust member due to the horrendous service i had at this branch. The management was completely unprofessional and disrespectful beyond words. I know other branches are better because I've been there but I will NEVER return to this location in fear of being belittled and embarrassed again.

These people are rude and real unprofessional it's very upsetting & embarrassing for this company. The whole staff needs to be fired! Even the assistant manager. just a very unpleasant experience someone needs to look into this problem.
